Magnesium malate

Magnesium chloride

  5. "Other ingredients." Fillers, binders, coatings, and flavorings live here. Shorter is generally better, but every ingredient on this list is legal and disclosed — that's the system working.
  6. Third-party seals. USP, NSF, or Informed Sport marks mean an independent lab verified identity and purity. No seal doesn't automatically mean a bad product, but a seal is the strongest trust signal on the shelf.
